Delivery Policy

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from Paypal containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few hours of ordering. Your order will be shipped within 5 to 10 working days.

Domestic shipping (Australia wide) will be sent via Australia Post - once dispatched delivery is expected within 3 business days.

International shipping will be sent as standard post via Australia Post's international service - once dispatched international delivery is expected within 6 business days.

Note that these delivery times are estimates and delivery to some remote areas may take a little longer.

For all countries except Australia, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Jos Coufreur Artist does not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country’s custom policy, please contact your local customs office.

 

Refund & Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 14 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition.

All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage.

You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Jos Coufreur will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
